Complete the following activities:

1. Complete the Victress Blueprint, watch the video first and then identify the areas of your life that need the most attention.  This includes you writing your own values and identifying what your motivational drivers are! You will be amazed how these two areas can make or break your ability to achieve your goals.
2. What brings you JOY? well you are about to find out. In this exercise you may well reconnect with the things that brought you joy in the past. Perhaps its time to get baton twirling again! 
3. Like any busy woman, you no doubt do a whole load of stuff that really does not fill your cup. The Do More, Do Less worksheet, helps you identify what is important and what is not.  

Once you have worked through the Designer Milestones, it's time to start learning the tools you need to GROW. Your Personal Development continue continues.
